Database Management System, MS SQL Server. This
takes advantage of the inbuilt database features for increased
performance and reliability along with distributed database technology.
The Enterprise Edition is designed to support medium to large
recruitment companies and small companies that are expanding rapidly.

Business Edition - Resource It Small Business
Edition (SBE), has been introduced to cater for smaller recruitment
companies. A highly cost effective solution that provides all the
features and functionality of the Resource It Enterprise Edition.
Resource It SBE is based on the low cost reliable
Microsoft Access Database Management System to
reduce end user cost significantly. Targeted at the smaller recruitment
company (1 - 5 Users), the SBE can be
upgraded at any time to Resource It Enterprise Edition as your company
and requirements grow.

Internet Communications Manager (ICM)- The
ICM contains the Resource
It Internet Engine, allowing you to fully integrate your current web
site and major Job Boards to provide online registrations and Timesheet
Submissions. By having the ICM automatically process applications
from SEEK, MyCareer and your own Web Site*, the time consuming process
of sifting through applications are gone. Applications are loaded into
Resource It automatically, this includes the creation (or updating) of
Resource records, loading of resume, cover letter and other attachments,
the complete analysis of the resume to work out not only what a Resource
does, but how competent they are at it. This utilises the Resource It
patent-pending resume analysis logic engine. The application is
establishes and the process begins. The consultant responsible for the
job is notified and they begin the recruitment cycle.
